Lahmacun may look simple, but it is a craft built on technique, timing and consistency. Rather than rushing it, we’re taking the time to develop recipes, train our kitchen team and fine-tune every step of the process to ensure we can serve it exactly the way we envision it: fresh, balanced and made with care. That is why our full lahmacun menu will launch in September.
In the meantime, we’re opening our doors with a summer offering focused on quality drinks, small bites, culture, community and long evenings on our terrace. Think of it as a prologue — a chance to discover the space, settle in, and be part of the story from the beginning. September marks the start of the full experience.
While we warm up for lahmacun, the mission remains the same from day one: creating a welcoming oasis where Brussels meets, works, reads, eats, drinks and stays a little longer than planned.
We build a cosy summer terrace in the shades of De Munt, offer a special selection of craft beers, non-alcoholic refreshment and the latest world wonder: wines and Aperol fresh from tap! Come taste our fresh börek and bar bites while you enjoy your congé with us!
